Hello

Coaching is all about you.

My journey is not your journey.

What worked for me, may not necessarily work for you.

This is why your coaching sessions will always be tailored for you.

However...

If you want to know a brief summary about me, please read below...

    My Story

I was born Hard of Hearing, with a severe bilateral hearing loss. I always believed this was the only reason for any struggles I encountered. I had learnt coping mechanisms, i.e. I masked, in order to "fit in" from an early age.

When I got married, it was one of the happiest days of my life. And later, we decided to start a family.

There was a 50/50 chance of me throwing whatever gene caused my hearing loss into the pot, or my wife supplying hers into the mix.

Hearing tests for our children led to a diagnosis of Autism for our youngest. When we were supplied with a list of situations that an Autistic person would struggle with, I scoffed, "Why, but everyone would struggle with these!"

When everyone else proclaimed that they would not, I asked for an assessment and received my Autistic diagnosis at the age of 40.

Nearly a decade on, our eldest received a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, and so came the realisation that I too, am AuDHD.

I qualified as a CPD-certified ADHD Coach through the Association for Coaches credited ADHD Works.

Coaching has really helped me work with myself and understand my strengths in order to achieve my goals. I am passionate to provide the same service for others.

It's also helped me to appreciate and comprehend the differences my children may have to me, so I can support them better.

Your journey will be different to mine though.
