What is ADHD Coaching for?
To provide a safe space in which to offer coaching tailored to you. ADHD Coaching can enable you to work with your brain to unlock your potential. We'll identify your strengths, looking through an ADHD lens so to appeal to your interest based nervous system. This way, you will be more motivated to work on your goals that we'll set together.

Recognising your ADHD challenges, we'll use traditional methods to build strategies so you can thrive whilst avoiding burnout. ADHD Coaching can supply you with the tools so we can celebrate your successes together as you progress on your journey.

What might be discussed during an ADHD Coaching session?
ADHD Coaching is unique to you, and they are your sessions. Using the example of a free, no obligation introductory call with me, the suggested format would be:

The initial 30 minute call is our chance to see if we're a good fit for each other. If I'm not the right person for you, then no problem.

Should you decide to move forward with me as your coach, future sessions would be tailored to you. Worksheets would give us a starting point for discussions (don't worry, I can help you fill these in during sessions if the thought fills you with dread). We can then identify goals that will pique your interest based nervous system.

So you'll be more motivated to work on them, and we'll champion your successes together.

We'll try to have fun, wherever possible.

The sessions will always be your sessions.

Where would the sessions take place?
Sessions would be conducted via Zoom, at the same time and day on the selected frequency (so the routine appeals to us both).

This is intended to allow both Coach and Client to feel at their most comfortable. It also allows us both to minimise distractions.
​
We'll cultivate a safe space so to stimulate healthy discussion.
